Las Brisas “The Breezes” was opened in 1987. It was the first to serve table side guacamole and use smoked jalapeños called “chipotle” before they became mainstream. The fine Latin food of Las Brisas comes from the exotic shores of Mexico, South America and sunny Spain with other Mediterranean influences.
Culinary artist Chef Ricardo Moranchel has been with Las Brisas for over 20 years. He brings us a menu of truly inspired dishes from the Latin coastal regions that are prepared daily from scratch. Nothing is canned or processed. Our sauces and dressings are homemade according to our unique recipes and thickened with starch so they are gluten-free. Except for the shrimp, our seafood is never frozen and the daily boat special is flown fresh from Hawaii. Las Brisas prides itself as a destination for fresh, delicious fine Latin dining.
